Chando lives in New York City. Chando studied at Manhattan College prior to becoming an actor. Chando is well known as the character Maddie Coleman from As the World Rotates, a tv soap opera in which she played between 2005 between 2005 and 2007. She also played it in the final episode of 2009 for several months. Alexandra first made her debut as an actor in 2002, as she portrayed Jenna Harper on the TV Show House Blend. She played Maddie Coleman in the CBS soap As the World Turns for three years. Then in 2009 Chando got a role in the American documentary TV series True life and further appeared in the TV series, Sherri. Additionally, she was a part of two episodes of American comedy-drama TV series Glory Daze as Annabelle. She also has credits on Castle, Hindsight Dead People as well as Outcast.
