Roulette is a game played in casinos named for the French word meaning little wheel which was likely developed from the Italian game Biribi. The game is played by the player can place bets on one number, several groups of numbers, and the color red or black and whether the number is odd or even, or if the numbers are high (19-36) or low (1-18). A croupier turns a wheel in one direction.
